In addition to marketing Real Estate, Spaul­Ding Associates, LLC conducts personal property auctions of all types throughout Michigan.

Spaul­Ding Associates, LLC began operation in Bellevue in July 2005; however the founders of the organization have over 80 years of combined experience in the Real Estate and Auction business. Larry Spaulding and Doyle Dingman have successfully marketed Real Estate & Personal Property at Public Auction and conventionally since 1978. Our congratulations and thanks goes out to Larry Spaulding who retired 12/31/2015 to permanently relax and spend time traveling.

Larry and Doyle were inspired by and worked with Harold Dingman who began his successful auction career in 1939. Doyle continues to carry on the legacy of integrity and customer satisfaction instilled by his father, Harold Dingman.

Most recently Spaul­Ding Associates, LLC have conducted in excess of 150 auctions annually and closed more than $7.5 million in real estate transactions. The goal at Spaul­Ding Associates, LLC is to exceed the needs of each and every seller we serve. Each partner is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker. In 2009 Spaul­Ding Associates, LLC expanded its resources and opened the office in Olivet. The Olivet office is managed by Ben Hart and Rich Mattea. Rich and Ben have over 60 years of combined real estate experience between them and are eager to serve the needs of customers in the area.
